With our direct connect, we connect to your computer which will allow us
to operate your computer with you watching all our steps.


To utilize the direct connection method please contact us first.
We will then ask you to download the remote connection utility below by
clicking on the "A" icon, and save the application to your Desktop.

We will ask you for your ID before we try and connect.

Please do not accept any connections without our
acknowledged connection attempt to your specific ID number.
